Role Overview
As a TikTok Shop Partner Operation Executive, your main responsibility will be to manage the full scope of operations within the TikTok Shop ecosystem. You will work closely with influencers, agencies, and affiliate networks to develop effective strategies, optimize ad campaigns, and ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
As a TikTok Shop Partner Operation Executive, your day-to-day tasks will include:

Leading TikTok Shop Partner Operations: You’ll take charge of the overall strategy for managing relationships with creators, agencies, and affiliate networks. This includes developing strategies to increase engagement, sales, and brand presence on the TikTok platform.

Managing TikTok Shop Backend and Store Operations: Ensuring the smooth operation of the TikTok Shop platform by overseeing store settings, compliance, and the daily operational tasks. This will ensure the platform runs efficiently, delivering the best possible customer experience.

Advertising Strategy and Execution: Utilize TikTok Ads Manager to create, manage, and optimize performance advertising campaigns. You’ll be responsible for driving ad performance and optimizing key metrics like CTR and conversion rates.

Analyzing Campaign Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), CTR (Click-Through Rate), conversion rates, and other relevant metrics. Use this data-driven approach to continuously optimize campaigns and improve outcomes.

Collaborating with Internal Teams: Work closely with logistics, customer service, content, and marketing teams to ensure all goals align and the campaigns are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Creator Onboarding and Management: Identify high-performing TikTok creators and live-streamers, manage relationships, and ensure effective collaborations to amplify the brand’s presence and drive sales.

Collaboration with TikTok Business Center: Work closely with TikTok’s Business Center to access the necessary tools, reports, and platform benchmarks, enhancing your ability to make data-driven decisions.

Reporting and Recommendations: Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations based on campaign data to enhance TikTok Shop’s performance and contribute to broader e-commerce goals.

Promotional Calendar and Campaign Execution: Assist in planning the promotional calendar and executing shop campaigns that drive significant engagement and sales.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

2+ years of experience in TikTok Shop operations, influencer collaboration, or live-commerce. You should have a proven track record of managing e-commerce platforms and working with TikTok’s creator ecosystem.

Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager and campaign setup/optimization is essential. You should be proficient in using TikTok’s tools to maximize ad performance and achieve campaign goals.

Strong understanding of the TikTok affiliate ecosystem and creator dynamics, and the ability to leverage this knowledge to build successful strategies for creator partnerships and live-commerce campaigns.

Familiarity with TikTok Business Center, product catalog setup, and pixel implementation. Knowledge of these tools will enable you to manage and track campaigns effectively.

Exceptional project management skills and the ability to work across teams to ensure alignment with business goals. You should be able to drive initiatives from concept to execution in a timely and efficient manner.

Highly analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to use performance data to guide decision-making and optimize campaigns.

An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus, as it will aid in communicating with international partners.
