About the Role
Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a dynamic Assistant Ministry Partnerships Manager to join our Ministry Partnerships Team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to support the development and delivery of high-stakes assessments in partnership with Ministries of Education and Examination Boards globally.
As an integral part of our team, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to ensure excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while supporting a variety of projects and initiatives aimed at realizing educational ambitions worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:

Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establish strong, lasting partnerships with Ministries of Education and Examination Boards across the globe.

Client and Stakeholder Support: Deliver exceptional service, helping clients achieve their educational goals while ensuring project delivery to the highest standards.

Project and Initiative Delivery: Support the successful implementation of various educational projects, ensuring they align with both client expectations and internal capabilities.

Team Contribution: Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Ministry Partnerships Team, offering insights, solutions, and collaborative support.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage long-standing contracts with international Ministries of Education and examination boards.

Facilitate high-quality communication between Cambridge University Press & Assessment and global educational stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and educational solutions.

Contribute to the preparation of reports, documentation, and proposals for ongoing and new partnerships.
About You
To succeed in this role, you are likely to have:
Experience

Educational and Assessment Knowledge: A background in education, particularly in assessment or international education settings, is preferred.
