As a part of our central support team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Pensions Administration department at the Winchester office, providing essential administrative support and contributing to the seamless management of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
As a Central Support Administrator at LCP, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Client Assistance & Documentation Management

Client Helplines: Answering client queries via helplines, performing security checks before assisting with case-related issues or changes.

Post Management: Opening, scanning, and distributing post to the relevant teams efficiently, ensuring documents are uploaded into the workflow system.

Archiving & File Retrieval: Managing the daily retrieval and scanning of archived files, maintaining a well-organized archive system for easy access.

Paperless Documentation: Assisting with the scanning of documents in line with the department’s paperless policy to support smooth operations.
Daily Administration Support

Bulk Printing & Mailouts: Supporting with daily printing and coordinating bulk mailouts to meet internal deadlines.

Mailbox Monitoring: Monitoring internal mailboxes, distributing tasks, and managing submissions to ensure timely responses and proper allocation.

Correspondence Creation: Assisting in drafting letters, memos, reports, and presentations using company templates and adhering to internal style guidelines.
Member Records & Data Entry

System Updates: Updating member records on the Pension Administration system and Member Portal, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service-level agreements.

Case Management: Handling correspondence related to address changes, name corrections, date changes, and other member details with precision.
General Administrative Tasks

Ad Hoc Tasks: Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks such as booking internal meetings, arranging travel, and handling post-related tasks in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Team Communication: Regularly updating the team leader on the status of ongoing tasks and any outstanding work, ensuring transparency and effective collaboration.
