As a Content Creator, you’ll craft engaging content to educate and inform rent seekers, landlords, and real estate agencies about the benefits of Telah, our cutting-edge platform for property management.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Strategy
- Create Engaging Content: Produce blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics focused on real estate management, rental trends, and Telah’s unique features.
- Inform and Educate: Develop insightful content that helps landlords streamline property management, guides rent seekers in finding ideal homes, and assists real estate agencies in optimizing operations.
- Research Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, tenancy laws, and property management best practices to deliver valuable insights to our audience.
- User-Friendly Guides: Craft comprehensive tutorials and guides for landlords and agencies on maximizing Telah’s features, ensuring ease of use and practical value.
Social Media Management & Engagement
- Grow Social Media Presence: Manage and expand Telah’s presence across key platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Content Creation for Social Media: Design and edit short-form videos, reels, and carousels to highlight Telah’s benefits, success stories, and industry insights.
- Engage with the Community: Respond to comments and messages, actively engage with our audience, and participate in discussions relevant to real estate and property management.
SEO & Digital Marketing
- Optimize Content for SEO: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic.
- Collaborate on Content Strategy: Work with the marketing team to devise content strategies that drive leads, increase app downloads, and support the overall brand.
- Maximize Content Reach: Repurpose content across multiple platforms, ensuring it reaches the widest audience possible and boosts engagement.
Collaboration & Brand Storytelling
- Work with Real Estate Professionals: Collaborate with landlords, property managers, and agencies to create compelling case studies and testimonials.
- Support Product Marketing: Partner with design and development teams to create effective marketing materials that showcase Telah’s value.
- Email Newsletters & In-App Messaging: Write engaging email newsletters and in-app messages to inform users of updates, promotions, and new features.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or real estate-related content.
- Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, proficiency in social media management, familiarity with SEO practices, and the ability to create visually appealing content for various platforms.
