To make this expansion a success, we are looking for a talented and experienced Pastry Chef/Baker specializing in croissants and sourdough to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Skilled Baker at RF Café, you will be a vital part of our bakery team. Your main responsibilities will include:
Baking & Product Development
- Prepare and bake a variety of products, including croissants, sourdough, artisan bread, and other pastries to a consistently high standard.
- Work with premium quality ingredients to craft delicious and fresh baked goods every day.
- Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items to elevate our product offering.
- Ensure that all products maintain the artisanal touch that customers expect from RF Café.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure smooth daily operations, ensuring products are ready on time and up to standard.

Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in professional baking, specifically with croissants and sourdough.
- Strong technical skills in laminating, shaping, and proofing dough, ensuring high-quality products.
- A deep passion for artisan baking and attention to detail, with a commitment to perfection.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- A team player who works well with others and brings a positive attitude to the team.
Desirable Qualities
- Experience with other types of pastries and artisan breads.
- Creativity and a desire to experiment with new flavors and product ideas.
