Main Responsibilities as a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, your role will include:
Business Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
- Work closely with clients to analyze business requirements and identify how Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM can enhance their operations.
- Collaborate with Senior Developers and Technical Leads on the design and implementation of CRM solutions.
CRM Development & Implementation
- Manage and execute CRM developments, ensuring the solutions align with business goals and specifications.
- Provide regular progress updates to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
Project Delivery & Best Practices
- Ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle, from solution design to deployment.
- Optimize Dynamics 365 CRM implementations for improved performance and smooth operation.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work cross-functionally with other developers and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Foster clear communication across the project team to resolve any issues quickly and ensure the solution meets client needs.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise, with hands-on experience in solution design and development.
- Power Platform development experience, with a focus on integration and app customization.
- SQL Server experience, including database management and optimization.
- .NET 4.5 or above, with experience developing applications in a .NET environment.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Azure cloud services is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
