Project Growth is seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Inside Sales Representative to support our client, a leading healthcare-focused Managed Service Provider (MSP) operating across the United States. This role is centered on proactive client outreach, focusing on the critical subject of IT compliance and infrastructure upgrades—particularly in response to the upcoming Microsoft Windows end-of-life changes.
This is not a traditional selling position. Instead, the role involves educating clients, raising awareness, and handing off engaged prospects to internal account managers for further action. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for healthcare technology, and a consultative mindset, this opportunity is ideal for you.
About the Client: A Trusted Partner in Healthcare IT
Our client is a premier Managed Service Provider (MSP) that delivers end-to-end IT infrastructure and support services to healthcare providers. From small private practices to multi-site medical networks, they help healthcare organizations stay secure, HIPAA-compliant, and technologically current.
With decades of combined experience, the MSP ensures that medical offices have uninterrupted access to IT systems, while minimizing cyber threats and legal risks. The company is now scaling its outreach efforts to ensure all existing clients are informed and prepared for the upcoming Windows operating system end-of-life deadlines—a significant compliance issue for healthcare providers.
Role Overview: Non-Selling Inside Sales Role in Healthcare IT
This Inside Sales Representative position is designed for someone who thrives in consultative client interactions rather than hard selling. The main objective is to initiate client conversations, educate existing customers, and promote awareness of system vulnerabilities and compliance needs, particularly regarding Microsoft’s Windows 10/11 support lifecycle.
This proactive outreach role supports the larger goal of keeping clients secure and compliant with HIPAA regulations by ensuring their systems are upgraded in time. All qualified leads are transferred to the internal account management team for further follow-up.
