Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our client interactions. Your role will focus on providing excellent service while growing our business.
Customer Interaction
- Make outbound and inbound calls to clients and potential clients who have requested our services.
- Schedule appointments to discuss life insurance and supplemental health coverage options.
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on available products.
Sales & Education
- Use the Zoom platform to educate clients on life insurance and supplemental health benefits.
- Guide potential clients through the process of completing electronic applications for coverage.
- Drive sales by explaining product features and addressing client questions effectively.
Ongoing Training & Development
- Participate in our industry-leading training program to gain knowledge and improve skills.
- Attend team training sessions twice a week to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following attributes:
- Excellent communication skills – Strong verbal communication abilities to engage with clients.

- Basic computer skills – Familiarity with virtual communication tools and basic office software.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
