Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with clients and delivering excellent customer service. Your daily tasks will include:
Client Interaction and Engagement
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to clients and potential clients who have expressed interest in our products and services.
- Schedule appointments to provide more information and conduct detailed benefit reviews.
- Use Zoom to educate clients about life insurance and supplemental health insurance coverage options.
Sales and Education
- Help clients and potential clients with the application process by guiding them through completing electronic forms.
- Provide exceptional service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring clients feel informed about their options.
- Upsell products and services by identifying additional needs during client conversations.
Training and Development
- Complete our industry-leading training program to gain the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Attend team training sessions twice a week to enhance your skills and stay updated on product knowledge.
Required Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Communication Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain insurance products to clients.
- Active listening skills to understand client needs and respond appropriately.
Sales and Customer Service Experience
- A competitive nature with a desire to excel and meet sales goals.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is beneficial, but not required.
Technical and Educational Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with platforms like Zoom for client interaction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
