Key Responsibilities:
Handle Customer Inquiries and Complaints
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for addressing a wide range of customer issues, including inquiries, complaints, and concerns. Whether it’s assisting with order status, product issues, or general questions, your goal is to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
Communication via Multiple Channels
You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, interacting through phone calls, emails, and online chat platforms. Excellent communication skills are essential to providing clear and timely support across these various channels.
Assist with Product Purchases and Questions
In addition to resolving issues, you will assist customers in completing purchases and answering any product-related questions. By providing expert knowledge of our offerings, you’ll help customers make informed decisions.
Follow-Up for Problem Resolution
It’s not just about fixing issues in real-time – you’ll also need to follow up on customer feedback to ensure that their concerns are fully resolved. This includes taking proactive steps to prevent recurring issues and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Manage Returns and Exchanges
A key responsibility is handling returns and exchanges in line with company policy. You’ll ensure customers are aware of the procedures and assist them in making returns or exchanges seamless and straightforward.
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent education level.

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.
