  • Make between 100 to 150 cold calls daily using the Orum auto-dialing system or equivalent.
  • Engage prospects with a confident and professional tone.
  • Use structured scripts while remaining flexible to tailor conversations based on prospect responses.
  • Present company services and solutions in a compelling, persuasive manner.

Lead Qualification & Appointment Scheduling

  • Use pre-defined criteria to evaluate prospects’ fit and readiness.
  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring accurate calendar coordination.
  • Educate potential clients on core offerings and explain the value proposition clearly and confidently.

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate, organized lead records in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Log call outcomes, lead statuses, and scheduling notes in real time.
  • Re-engage previous contacts and conduct follow-ups to warm cold leads.
