Key Responsibilities

- Qualify prospects and book a minimum of 5 appointments per week.

CRM and Lead Management
- Manage all leads and sales activity in Apollo and Salesforce CRM.
- Ensure all communication logs, status updates, and lead stages are updated accurately.
Follow-Up and Lead Nurturing
- Implement timely follow-up strategies via phone, email, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Maintain communication with warm leads and transition them into meetings.
Team Collaboration
- Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and identify high-intent prospects.
- Share market insights to support strategic outreach development.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Monitor KPIs such as:
- Daily outbound call volume
- Email open and response rates
- Number of appointments set per week
- Report progress weekly and refine outreach strategies based on data.
