Our client, a mission-driven organization, is seeking a talented Content Creator to help elevate their digital presence. In this role, you will develop engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns. From strategic content planning to creative execution, this position is a key player in ensuring the brand’s message resonates across various platforms, with a particular focus on LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy Development

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for crafting comprehensive content strategies that align with brand objectives. You will create content calendars that cater to target audience needs, ensuring consistency in messaging and engagement across platforms.

Video Editing & Enhancement

Utilize your editing skills to transform raw assets into polished, high-quality video content. This includes producing reels, long-form videos, and shorts that maintain the brand’s aesthetic while effectively communicating key messages.

Graphic Design for Social Media

You will create visually compelling social media graphics using tools such as Canva or Figma. These assets will support the brand’s messaging, contributing to a strong, cohesive visual identity on all social platforms.

Template & Asset Library Development

One of your key tasks will be building creative templates and maintaining a library of reusable assets. This will streamline content production, ensuring efficiency and consistency in all future projects.

Storytelling & Visual Composition

Craft compelling narratives through engaging visuals, aligning your creative work with the brand’s mission and tone. Your content will be crafted with precision to tell the brand’s story and connect emotionally with the target audience.

Content Optimization for Digital Platforms

You will adapt content for various digital platforms, optimizing it using AI tools to maximize engagement and performance. This includes resizing, tweaking content, and ensuring that all posts are platform-specific.

Social Media Content Creation (LinkedIn Focus)

Your primary responsibility will be to create branded content for social media, with a special emphasis on LinkedIn. This involves crafting posts, articles, and other content formats to grow the brand’s presence and engage the audience effectively.

Performance Tracking and Analysis

In this role, you will monitor and analyze content performance metrics, using your findings to recommend data-driven improvements. Regularly assessing the impact of your content will be critical in optimizing future campaigns.

Paid Advertising Creative Support

You will assist in developing creative assets for paid advertising campaigns, helping to drive further engagement and visibility across social media channels and digital advertising networks.

Research & Trend Analysis

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and social media best practices. This will inform your content strategy and help ensure that the brand remains at the forefront of digital content creation.

Internal Collaboration

You will work closely with the marketing team, aligning content with broader campaign strategies and business objectives. This collaboration will ensure a unified approach to all marketing efforts.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, video editing, or social media content creation.

  • Proven track record of developing successful content strategies and editorial calendars for brands.

  • Demonstrated success with LinkedIn content creation and optimization for engagement.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere for video editing.

  • Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar platforms for creating engaging social media graphics.

  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, particularly on LinkedIn, to grow engagement and optimize content.

  • Familiarity with AI tools used for optimizing content performance across platforms.

  • Analytical skills to track and interpret content performance metrics and implement improvements.
