Key Responsibilities
As a Financial Advisor, you will work within the Management Accounting Finance Team to provide professional financial support to operational managers. Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications and Experience
Essential Qualifications

AAT certification or equivalent experience.

Finance/Accounting degree or proven ability to operate at a degree level.

Desirable Qualifications

ECDL Qualification (European Computer Driving Licence).
Essential Experience

Significant experience within an NHS finance environment.

Proficient in using computerized financial management systems and controls.

Experience with budget setting, variance reporting, and financial reconciliations in the NHS.

Familiarity with VAT rules and NHS accounting guidelines.
Desirable Experience

Experience in dealing with external agencies and responding to audit queries.
