Who We’re Looking For
We are actively seeking Skilled Worker visa holders who meet the following criteria:

Already residing in the UK under a Skilled Worker visa.

Previously employed under occupation codes 6135 (Care Workers) or 6136 (Senior Care Workers).

Impacted by:

A sponsor losing their licence, or
-
A lack of sufficient hours or ongoing work availability.

Job Responsibilities
As a Health Care Assistant/Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality personalized care and ensuring the well-being of individuals in domiciliary and supported living settings. Your duties will include:

Personal Care Assistance: Helping clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.

Medication Support: Administering or assisting with medication as per guidelines.

Mobility Assistance: Supporting clients with movement, transfers, and mobility aids.

Emotional and Social Support: Encouraging engagement in social activities to promote mental well-being.

Health Monitoring: Observing and reporting changes in a client’s health and condition.

Collaborative Care: Working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and fellow care workers to ensure the best care outcomes.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Current Skilled Worker visa (must already be in the UK).

Right to work documentation in the UK.

Experience in domiciliary or supported living care (preferred but not essential).

Passion for caregiving with a compassionate, patient, and reliable nature.

Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and Monday to Friday rotations.
