Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the primary contact for Northwestern Mutual clients and financial representatives, focusing on high-quality service and efficient solutions. You’ll contribute to a positive work environment and help maintain our reputation as a trusted, client-first company.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, financial representatives, and support staff.
- Meet quality and productivity goals specific to Northwestern Mutual’s service standards.
- Cultivate client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries.
- Leverage technology and multiple systems to enhance the customer experience.
- Exhibit dependability and enthusiasm, bringing positive energy to daily tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Associate Degree preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years in operations or customer service within financial services.
- Licenses: FINRA licenses preferred (SIE, Series 6 & 63).
- Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of insurance, investment, or financial markets.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, applications, and other technology tools.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $20.93 – $31.39, based on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
- Pay Structure: Geographic-specific, with adjustments for cost of labor in various locations.
