About the Role

Location: United Kingdom (EH14 5DE)
Salary: £8.60 – £11.44 per hour (+ performance bonus)

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Order Management: Accurately take and process food and drink orders while providing recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Food & Beverage Service:
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring they meet presentation standards.
- Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the dining area, including tables and utensils, clean and organized at all times.
- Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and address guest inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Upselling: Suggest menu items and upsell to improve the guest experience and boost revenue.
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferred:
- 1 year of experience in hospitality or bartending.
- Familiarity with food safety practices.
- Skills Required:
- Strong time management to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Basic math skills for processing payments.
- Passion for hospitality and guest services.
- Flexible Language Requirement:
- English is not mandatory.
