Job Title: Vehicle Sprayer and SMART Repair Technician

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £17 to £20 per hour (based on experience and skills)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform spray and panel repairs to restore vehicles to pristine condition.
- Carry out minor dent repairs and cosmetic touch-ups with precision.
- Achieve seamless finishes through accurate color-matching and paint blending.
- Operate and maintain spray booths, tools, and equipment to the highest standards.
- Conduct pre- and post-repair quality checks to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and customer specifications to deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in vehicle spraying, panel repairs, and SMART repair work.
- Proficient in paint application, color-matching, and blending techniques.
- Proven experience repairing minor dents and cosmetic damage.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
- High attention to detail and commitment to top-quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills for assessing and repairing vehicle damage.
- Full UK driving license (preferred).
- Must meet UKVI English language and visa requirements for sponsorship eligibility.
