Job Title: Shop Assistant
Location: United Kingdom (Glasgow)
Salary: £8.60 – £12.00 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time (16-40 hours per week)

Your Role as a Shop Assistant
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. You’ll take pride in ensuring our store is welcoming, organized, and efficient. With your enthusiasm and excellent customer service, you’ll help keep our customers coming back and contribute to our team’s success. Part-time and flexible shifts are available, so you can find a schedule that works for you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries
- Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory and help with restocking as needed
- Work with team members to achieve sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is essential, preferably with experience in SPAR, NISA, NISA Way, Premier, Costcutter, Londis, or petrol stations in the UK.
- Communication: Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills are a must, as you’ll interact with customers daily. Being multilingual, especially in Spanish, is a plus, enabling you to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
