Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct market research, networking, and outreach to identify new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Build and sustain relationships with clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive pitches and demonstrations of Cybergon’s cybersecurity services.
- Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements to meet sales targets.
- Market Feedback: Collect client and market feedback to improve product and service offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in tech sales, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity services and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
- Experience with SaaS sales and subscription-based models.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, NDPR, ISO standards).
