Key Responsibilities of the Team Administrator
The Team Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Early Intervention Team (EIT), focusing on efficient patient management and service delivery. The core duties include:
Managing Referrals and Appointment Coordination

Receive and process referrals entering the Early Intervention Team.

Coordinate the Care Plan Approach (CPA) forward planner to schedule CPA reviews within agreed NHS timeframes.
Patient Pathway Administration

Operate the Patient Administration System (PARIS) for booking outpatient appointments and managing electronic scanning.

General Administrative Duties

Type all clinical and business correspondence accurately and promptly.

Order and manage stationery and supplies for the team, maintaining stock levels.
