Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care to service users with complex needs, ensuring their well-being and dignity.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence and a high quality of life.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and report any changes in the service user’s condition.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, due to the nature of the role.
- A valid UK driving license and the ability to drive confidently.
- Preference for candidates already residing in Oxford, as relocation support is not provided.
- Prior experience in complex care (preferred but not mandatory).
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to care.
