Potters Independent Living Ltd is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. We provide high-quality support services for individuals over 60 years old in Aberdeenshire, helping them maintain independence in their homes and communities.
Location: United Kingdom (Alford, Inverurie, Kemnay, Kintore, Insch, and surrounding areas)
Salary: £24,000 per week (£12.00–£12.01 per hour)

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Direct Support:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Run errands and prepare meals as needed.
- Administer medications and ensure compliance with prescriptions.
Community Engagement:
- Support clients during community outings and appointments.
- Promote independence and development through tailored support.
Live-in Care:
- Offer continuous support for live-in care assignments as needed.
Shift Work:
- Flexible shifts include 8, 10, or 12-hour options.
- Day, night, and weekend shifts available.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Driving Licence: Required for travel between clients.
- English Proficiency: Fluency required to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in Home Care: Minimum of 2 years (preferred, but full training provided for new candidates).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: A-Level or equivalent is desirable.
