Job Overview

As a Store Manager at SVN Food Ltd, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Sales Performance

  • Lead and motivate a retail team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Inspire and manage staff performance to maintain a positive work culture and enhance team morale.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive store profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Store Operations Management

  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are accurate and that products are always available for customers.
  • Manage merchandising efforts, ensuring the store layout is visually appealing and organized.
  • Supervise staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage while optimizing labor costs.

Training & Development

  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and support to help staff improve their performance and grow within the company.

Customer Service & Administrative Duties

  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Store Presentation

  • Ensure the store is consistently clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Monitor store presentation and product displays, ensuring they align with SVN Food Ltd’s standards.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong sales management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in team management, with the ability to lead by example and motivate staff.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus, especially for interacting with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail in reporting and compliance matters.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and staff.
