Salary: £37,035 – £39,513 per annum (+ relocation allowance up to £8,000)
Contract: Permanent (Full-Time: 37 hours or Part-Time: 29.6 hours)

The Role
We’re seeking experienced Adult Social Workers who are passionate about transforming lives through high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Independence: Help individuals make informed choices and maintain control over their lives.
- Collaborative Care Planning: Work with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement tailored care plans.
- Safeguarding: Identify risks and take appropriate actions to ensure the safety and well-being of service users.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to policy development and service enhancements.
This role is based in our Learning Disabilities Team, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
- Qualified Social Worker: Current registration with Social Work England (SWE).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Adult Social Work.
- Driving Licence: Must hold a valid licence and willingness to travel.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Learning Disabilities or similar care specialties.
