Location: 100% Remote (Work From Anywhere)
Salary: $1,600 – $1,800 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and oversee content calendars that align with overarching marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze social media metrics to provide insights and recommend enhancements.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Stay informed about the latest social media trends and practices to keep the agency competitive.
- Boosting Strategy Management: Select posts for boosting and manage budgets to optimize reach and engagement.
- Content Creation: Craft engaging post captions and hashtags that align with brand messaging and appeal to target audiences.
- Platform Management: Strategically manage social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn and Meta, to improve brand visibility.
- Paid Social Media Experience: Execute ad campaigns and conduct basic performance analyses using metrics like CPA and CPC.
- Client Interaction: Present strategies and reports to clients professionally (client interaction is beneficial but not mandatory).

Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist with a robust portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of both B2C and B2B marketing strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for crafting compelling content.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools and a basic understanding of paid metrics such as CPA and CPC. Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Emplifi is essential.
- Creative Skills: Strong creative background with the ability to develop innovative strategies and content.
- Client Interaction Skills: Ability to professionally engage with clients and effectively present strategies is desirable.
