Job Summary
- Position: Social Care Worker
- Location: United Kingdom (Walsall, Dudley, and Sandwell areas)
- Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time opportunities also available)
- Salary: Up to £11.90/hour (excluding travel allowance)
- Driving Requirement: A valid UK driver’s license and own vehicle with Class 1 business insurance, OR a full driver’s license from your country of origin with an international driving permit. Applicants must meet UK entry fund requirements to acquire a vehicle within 3 weeks, if successful.
Note: Sponsorship is only available to candidates currently residing in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
As a Social Care Worker, you will:
- Provide essential support to adults, including personal care (e.g., washing, dressing, bathing) and meal preparation.
- Assist with mobility, escorting duties, and community outings.
- Support individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs.
- Work flexible shifts, including mornings (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and evenings (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), on a rotating 7-day schedule, including weekends.

Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare or social care.
- Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent training/experience).
- Experience working with autism, learning disabilities, or dementia (preferred).
- Flexibility to work varied shifts.
- Drivers with access to their own vehicle (essential).
Additional Information
