About the Role: Senior Product Marketing Manager
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in crafting and executing marketing strategies for a range of products and services across the Cambridge Pathway. Your role will involve collaborating with teams across Global Marketing and Products and Services to deliver creative and engaging campaigns that attract, retain, and grow our customer base worldwide. You will be the voice of our products, ensuring that both internal stakeholders and external customers understand the value and impact of what we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that communicate the value of Cambridge’s products and services to a global audience.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop initiatives that engage and build lasting relationships with our diverse customer base in the education sector.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams in Global Marketing, Business Development, and Regional Marketing to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Product Positioning: Influence how we position and present newly integrated product offerings to a broad, international market.
- Campaign Management: From conceptualization to execution, manage the development of end-to-end marketing campaigns and ensure they meet the needs of our customers and business goals.
- Regional Support: Provide necessary tools and guidance to regional marketing teams to help them deliver locally tailored campaigns that support global objectives.
About You: What We’re Looking For

Your knowledge of International Education and experience in managing marketing projects will be key to your success in this position.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- International Education Expertise: A deep understanding of the global education sector and its unique customer needs.
- Marketing Experience: Proven success in leading strategic marketing efforts, ideally with a focus on products and services for a global audience.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and across various teams to deliver results.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand and prioritize customer needs and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in education marketing or with academic publishers.
- Expertise in product marketing and customer engagement strategies.
