Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Information Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:
- Data Analysis & Insight: Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to meet the needs of stakeholders across clinical and operational areas.
- Healthcare Reporting: Developing and promoting statistical and information services to support key decision-making processes.
- Strategic Contribution: Supporting and leading initiatives to ensure the Trust delivers optimal performance using robust data insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engaging with senior management, clinical staff, and external partners to ensure alignment on data needs and solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Utilizing advanced SQL querying, relational databases, and statistical modeling tools to deliver actionable insights.

Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience:
- Substantial knowledge of NHS information systems and patient pathways.
- Proven track record in analyzing healthcare data and producing actionable reports.
- Advanced skills in SQL, relational databases, and statistical modeling packages.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in spreadsheets, databases, and statistical tools.
- Advanced SQL querying techniques.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
