Key Responsibilities
- Creative Design: Develop engaging visuals for websites, social media, and online marketplaces.
- Product & Marketing Assets: Design promotional materials, product images, banners, and more.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute cohesive and compelling campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior designers, guiding them through project work and design processes.
- Project Management: Handle multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations exceeded.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into design work.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Take on additional design-related responsibilities as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing creative, impactful design work.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools.
- Design Expertise: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead projects independently.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
