Key Responsibilities
1. Empower Delivery Teams

Lead and ensure efficient product delivery across various product families.

Oversee internal and external stakeholder management throughout the product lifecycle.

Act as a Scrum Master when necessary, facilitating effective team collaboration and Agile practices.
2. Project Management
-
Manage delivery planning and execution, ensuring projects align with business goals and timelines.

Assist Product Managers and Heads of English Exam Solutions in setting and achieving product and project goals.
-
Take ownership of incident investigations and resolutions, ensuring any barriers to project delivery are swiftly addressed.
3. Agile Mindset & Team Culture
-
Cultivate a positive, proactive team culture, and drive the adoption of agile methodologies.

Engage actively in communities and guilds to influence and shape internal processes and culture.

Promote continuous improvement by leading agile transformation initiatives and facilitating retrospectives.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
-
Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, including senior executives and clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Resolve conflicts diplomatically and manage expectations to maintain alignment across all levels of the organization.
5. Risk and Issue Management
-
Apply best practices in risk and issue management, proactively identifying and mitigating potential project blockers.

Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and confident in project progress.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Professional Experience
-
Extensive experience across the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design through to delivery.

Strong expertise in technical knowledge, particularly within ITIL, Jira, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.

Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and coach teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
2. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Experience with budget and cost management, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.

Expertise in managing relationships at various levels, including directors, clients, and team members.
3. Agile & ITIL Expertise

Solid understanding of the Agile mindset, with hands-on experience applying it across various projects.

Technical proficiency in ITIL processes and frameworks to streamline delivery and incident management.

Skilled in using project management tools like Jira, Trello, and other planning tools.
4. Communication Skills

Strong communicator capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to motivate team members and build a culture of trust and accountability, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
