Job Summary
- Position: Senior Care Worker
- Location: United Kingdom (Various Kent Areas)
- Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Salary: Starting from £11.90 per hour
- Hours: Expected 37.5 hours per week
Key Requirements
- Full UK driver’s license and access to a personal car.
- Prior care experience is beneficial, but full training and ongoing support will be provided.
- Must already reside in the UK (Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates).
Responsibilities
As a Senior Care Worker, your role includes:
- Personal Care: Assist with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Medication Management: Support service users with prescribed medications.
- Nutritional Support: Assist with meal preparation and hydration.
- Mobility Assistance: Use appropriate equipment for safe transfers and mobility.
- Home Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Social Engagement: Escort service users on outings and appointments.
- Support Planning: Follow care and support plans to deliver individualized care.
- Specialized Care Groups: Provide care for adults, the elderly, those with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and physical or medical conditions.
- Flexible Scheduling: Morning, lunch, tea, and evening visits, starting as early as 7 AM.

Schedule
