About the Role
Olo is a leading SaaS platform revolutionizing the restaurant industry by enabling digital transformation. We are seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to join our newly established central analytics team within the finance organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Analytics, you will support the analytic and reporting needs of the implementation team. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving performance management, identifying key decisions, and unlocking growth through quality reporting and analysis.
This role is fully remote, but candidates can also work from our headquarters in New York City.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a suite of reporting tools for the Implementation Leadership Team, introducing new KPIs and success indicators.
- Create and manage SQL queries to extract and analyze data from Snowflake, integrating data from multiple systems.
- Build interactive dashboards using Tableau and Looker to visualize performance metrics and insights.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand performance drivers in collaboration with the Implementation Leadership Team.
- Monitor data quality and promote a culture of data hygiene across stakeholder teams.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and implement solutions to improve data usability and accessibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis; experience querying Salesforce data is a plus.
- Expertise in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau and Looker; familiarity with Python and DBT is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and define technical requirements independently.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team-oriented, with a customer-centric attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Olo’s compensation philosophy prioritizes equity. New hires are typically brought in near the middle of the listed salary bands. This ensures fairness and consistency across roles.
