Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £12.00 – £17.67 per hour (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching Excellence: Deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with SEND or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Individual Support: Develop and implement personalized education plans to meet unique learning goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff to ensure effective classroom management.
- Assessment: Regularly assess and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Fostering Growth: Inspire and support students to achieve their full potential academically and personally.
Qualifications and Opportunities
