Position: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home)
Work Hours: Flexible across PST, MT, or EST (Team syncs conducted in PST)
Salary: $1,200 – $1,500 per month

They are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their remote team. This role involves driving lead validation, managing the sales pipeline, and optimizing marketing campaigns while aligning with the company’s mission of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Conduct setter calls to validate leads and prepare them for follow-ups.
- Manage sales communications, CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), and the sales pipeline.
- Perform market research to identify opportunities and summarize RFPs.
- Utilize tools like Clay and Instantly.ai to scrape email and LinkedIn contact lists.
- Optimize automated email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to maximize engagement.
Marketing Activities
- Develop sales and marketing materials such as newsletters, blogs, and social media content.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar for timely blog posts, newsletters, and updates.
- Oversee Facebook Ads, ensuring alignment with performance and business goals.
- Create engaging social media content, post updates, and interact with online communities.
Customer Engagement
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies that align with brand goals.
- Address client and partner inquiries to foster positive relationships and enhance communication.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics for sales and marketing activities.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate and optimize campaign success.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new leads, close sales, and negotiate contracts.
- Support partnership development and onboarding of business accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials and respond to RFPs.
- Conduct ROI analysis and implement data-driven improvements to drive growth.
Qualifications
Required
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and partner interactions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred), Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to changing business needs.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with email scraping tools (e.g., Clay, Instantly.ai).
- Experience managing Facebook Ads and other social media advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of content marketing and maintaining editorial calendars.
