The Role: Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at Apex Airspace, you’ll have the chance to leverage your sales experience to sign landlords onto the company’s Guaranteed Rent Scheme. Your primary responsibility will be to pitch this scheme to landlords, helping them secure guaranteed rental income with no void periods.

The role is commission-only to start, offering uncapped earnings based on your ability to close deals. Once you’ve secured 10 properties, you’ll transition into a full-time Property Consultant role with a starting salary of £30,000/year. Continue your success, and you can scale up to a £38,700/year salary by securing 50 properties, with the added benefit of Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship if necessary.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Source Landlords
    Utilize your sales experience to identify potential landlords who would benefit from our Guaranteed Rent Scheme. Your main task will be to source and pitch this solution to landlords across the UK, focusing on London.

  • Pitch and Secure Contracts
    Lead negotiations with landlords and convince them to sign up for the Guaranteed Rent Scheme. The process involves signing contracts for properties that meet the company’s criteria, allowing you to earn £250 per signed property.

  • Maximize Earnings Potential
    There’s no limit to the number of properties you can sign up. The more properties you secure, the more you earn. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance, and the average commission from each signed property is £250.

  • Achieve Career Milestones
    Once you’ve signed 10 properties, you will transition into a Property Consultant role with a £30,000/year salary. Hit 50 properties, and your salary will increase to £38,700/year, along with visa sponsorship support if needed.


Earning Potential

  • Commission-Based Earnings:

    • £250 per property signed.

    • Example: Signing 5 properties/month = £1,250.

    • Signing 10 properties/month = £2,500.

    • Signing 50 properties/month = £12,500.

  • Full-Time Role Transition:
    Secure 10 properties within 6 months and transition to a Property Consultant role earning £30,000/year.
    Achieve 50 properties and increase your salary to £38,700/year, plus Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship if required.

Who We’re Looking For

Apex Airspace is looking for motivated individuals who can hit the ground running in a sales-based role. If you possess the following qualities, we want to hear from you:

  • Sales or Property Experience: Ideal candidates will have experience in sales or property (estate agents, lettings, or Airbnb hosting). However, if you are a driven self-starter without previous experience, we’ll consider your passion and potential.

  • Strong Negotiators: You should be confident and persuasive when dealing with landlords, able to secure contracts effectively.

  • Right to Work in the UK: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK or be visa-eligible (e.g., Graduate Route holders).

  • Bonus: Experience or networks in the London property market, including landlords or Airbnb hosts, will be an advantage.


How the Role Works

  • Self-Employed Consultant: You will initially work as a self-employed consultant, sourcing and closing deals with landlords.

  • Career Milestones:

    • 10 Properties = Property Consultant Role with a salary of £30,000/year.

    • 50 Properties = £38,700/year Salary + Visa Sponsorship if required.

  • Collaborative Team: You’ll work closely with a London-based team focused on driving guaranteed rent solutions, contributing directly to the company’s rapid expansion.
