Salary: Up to £35,000 per year + tips, car allowance, and additional benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Support New and Existing Locations: As a Roving Chef, you’ll travel to different pubs, supporting new openings and covering staff holidays. You’ll play a critical role in running kitchens, crafting delicious dishes, and ensuring high standards.
- Drive Food Culture: Help create a vibrant food culture across various kitchens, working alongside the team to keep customers engaged with innovative, seasonal menus.
- Leadership and Support: Deputize for Head Chefs when required, oversee kitchen operations, and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Engagement: Inspire and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where everyone strives for excellence.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all food safety standards and hygiene protocols are followed at all times.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a gastro pub, restaurant, or hotel at Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef level is essential.
- Driving License: A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is required for this role.
- Visa Sponsorship: This position is open to existing chefs on a Skilled Worker Visa, and we provide full support for visa transfer.
- Adaptability: You should be flexible and thrive in fast-paced environments, willing to work across different kitchens and support new openings.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high standards and exceptional food delivery.
