The Role

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing & Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the Retail Store Manager and Head Office to execute in-store marketing campaigns and special promotions, driving foot traffic and increasing sales.
- Project Support: Provide assistance with one-off projects and other operational needs to ensure the store runs smoothly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as a Retail Store Supervisor at Glassworks, you must possess the following:
- Retail Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience is essential, ideally within fashion or a customer-focused environment.
