Salary: £39,000 – £43,000 per year (inclusive of service charge and bonuses)
Hours: Full-time (48 hours per week, 5 days)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage administrative duties, including staff scheduling and inventory control.
- Uphold and implement Health & Safety and HACCP protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
- Contribute to business growth through effective financial and business management.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety standards and HACCP protocols.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Computer literacy and financial acumen.
- Ability to commute within a one-hour radius or willingness to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management.
- Personal alcohol license.
- Experience with hospitality and sales technology platforms.
- Energetic, passionate, and results-driven mindset.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability under pressure.

Visa and Relocation Details
This position is open to both UK and international candidates. Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship is available, allowing for UK settlement after 5 years. Spouses and dependents can accompany successful candidates under dependent visas.
