Job Summary

Job Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Prestwick, Scotland, United Kingdom

Salary: £39,000 – £43,000 per year (inclusive of service charge and bonuses)

Hours: Full-time (48 hours per week, 5 days)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage administrative duties, including staff scheduling and inventory control.
  • Uphold and implement Health & Safety and HACCP protocols.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Contribute to business growth through effective financial and business management.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:  

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety standards and HACCP protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Computer literacy and financial acumen.
  • Ability to commute within a one-hour radius or willingness to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management.
  • Personal alcohol license.
  • Experience with hospitality and sales technology platforms.
  • Energetic, passionate, and results-driven mindset.
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability under pressure.

Visa and Relocation Details
