CampusPress is on the hunt for some epic talent to join our family. You’ll be working on various WordPress projects across CampusPress and Edublogs.

Job Title: WordPress Support Specialist

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Work Schedule: We’re looking for a person available to work from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM UTC.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide email support to Edublogs and CampusPress customers.
  • Technical Assistance: Assist with and solve all manner of WordPress questions, with style!
  • QA and Testing: Contribute to testing and QA with updates to WordPress core, plugins, and themes.
  • Developer Coordination: Coordinate with developers over bugs, features, and cool new stuff.
  • Team Participation: Be an active part of the Incsub team.

Qualifications:

  • WordPress Expertise: Good familiarity with WordPress, ability to code (PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
  • Multisite Experience: Experience in WordPress Multisite Networks.
  • Communication Skills: Amazingly great communication skills.
  • Responsiveness: Impressive response times and typing speed.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to swiftly build rapport with both current and potential customers.
  • Team Player: Keen on working in an expanding, motivated, distributed support team.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Enjoy collaborating with others and don’t back down from a challenge.
  • Customer Focus: Love people and love yourself!

We prefer candidates to work 40 hours a week, but if you wish to work more hours, that’s also cool with us.
