Job Title: Virtual Assistant Trainee (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Salary: ₦50,000.00 per month

Job Type: Contract (12 months)

Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant Trainee, you will play an essential role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This fully remote position involves handling multiple tasks across various projects, managing communications, scheduling, and performing administrative duties to enhance our client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist in managing daily communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient team operations.
  • Project Coordination: Provide support across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time.
  • Remote Team Collaboration: Work closely with a remote team to deliver consistent results and provide solutions as required.
  • Task Prioritization: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet the company’s operational and client service needs.

Key Qualifications

  • Recent Graduate: Must have less than two years of post-NYSC experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competent in using Google Docs, WordPress, Canva, and CapCut.
  • Independent Worker: Ability to work autonomously while being part of a larger remote team.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
