Job Description
As a Virtual Assistant Trainee, you will play an essential role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This fully remote position involves handling multiple tasks across various projects, managing communications, scheduling, and performing administrative duties to enhance our client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist in managing daily communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient team operations.
- Project Coordination: Provide support across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time.
- Remote Team Collaboration: Work closely with a remote team to deliver consistent results and provide solutions as required.
- Task Prioritization: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet the company’s operational and client service needs.
Key Qualifications
- Recent Graduate: Must have less than two years of post-NYSC experience.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in using Google Docs, WordPress, Canva, and CapCut.
- Independent Worker: Ability to work autonomously while being part of a larger remote team.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
