Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to provide essential administrative support, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to handle various administrative, customer service, and operational tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities

1. Email & Communication Management

  • Manage incoming emails and inquiries.
  • Respond to customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

2. Scheduling & Calendar Management

  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Ensure timely reminders and agenda preparations for scheduled tasks.

3. Data Entry & CRM Management

  • Accurately enter and maintain data in the CRM system.
  • Generate and update reports for company records.

4. Customer Support & Service

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.

5. Social Media Management

  • Assist in managing company social media accounts.
  • Schedule posts, respond to comments, and monitor engagement analytics.

6. Research & Special Projects

  • Conduct market research and provide insights to improve business strategies.
  • Assist in special projects like content creation, event planning, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-3+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.

Essential Skills & Competencies:

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Google Suite, CRM software, and social media management tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Adaptable and proactive in resolving issues.
