Job Overview

As a Virtual Assistant/Digital Marketer, you will play a crucial role in managing Tiptop Academy’s online presence, digital marketing campaigns, and administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include social media management, SEO optimization, email marketing, customer support, and content creation.

This is an ideal role for individuals passionate about digital marketing who also have strong organizational and multitasking skills.


Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

  • Create and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, blog posts, and ads).

  • Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

2. Content Creation & Optimization

  • Write, edit, and publish blog posts, website content, and promotional materials.

  • Design eye-catching graphics and videos for social media and marketing.

  • Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.

  • Monitor industry trends and suggest new content strategies.

3. Administrative & Customer Support

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.

  • Schedule and coordinate online classes, meetings, and events.

  • Manage databases and update CRM tools.

  • Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications & Requirements
