Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Maintain executive’s appointments and schedules.
- Email Management: Organize and manage emails.
- Document Preparation: Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
- Social Media: Manage social media accounts.
- Workflow Creation: Create structures, workflows, and processes.
- Research: Research technologies and provide recommendations.
- CRM Administration: Update and enter data into CRM systems.
- Travel Arrangements: Book flights, cars, and make hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Project Assistance: Assist and coordinate projects.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours, able to dedicate at least 20 hours/week.
- Experience in an administrative support role.
- In-home office setup including a Mac or PC Computer with webcam, minimum 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, and the latest version of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fast and reliable internet connection.
- Smartphone with email capabilities.
- Designated professional, quiet workspace.
Additional Information
- This is a 1099 contractor role.
- Pay range is $18 – $21 per hour based on experience and skill set. Contractors are paid a fixed rate once per month based on contracted hours.
