We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our recruitment team. This role is perfect for recent graduates eager to enter a dynamic environment. You will assist in administrative tasks, support recruitment efforts, and help streamline communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote (Nigeria)

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in managing the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to final hiring stages.
  • Job Postings & Screening: Manage job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews using Microsoft Teams.
  • Database Management: Maintain candidate databases and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support, including document preparation and calendar management.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate virtual events, webinars, and recruitment campaigns to enhance candidate engagement.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Key Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or IT-related fields).
  • Work Hours: Available to work 40 hours per week (172 hours per month).
  • Remote Work Experience: Proven experience working remotely as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Microsoft Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independence & Adaptability: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
