Location: Remote (Nigeria)
Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦180,000 per month

Role Description
We are seeking a proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Sales & Client Success Team. The ideal candidate will handle tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, conducting internet research, and assisting with various customer service and administrative responsibilities. You’ll work closely with both internal stakeholders and clients, requiring strong communication and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, overseeing onboarding, implementation, and training to ensure successful adoption of our services.
- Onboarding & Implementation: Help new clients understand the full suite of products and services, managing the onboarding process to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and scope-driven launches.
- Client Success Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to maintain and enhance Client Success strategies, creating content to support best practices and improve customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Metrics: Access company systems to track Client Success Metrics related to clinic performance and generate monthly reports for senior management.
- Proactive Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients via phone, email, video conferencing, or chat, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to issues while fostering strong relationships.
- Documentation & Resolution: Document client resolutions for reporting purposes and maintain a resolution database for future reference.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Administrative Assistant, with a strong focus on stakeholder management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability in strategic planning and project management.
- Analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach.
- Capable of working across multiple departments and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to solving client issues and enhancing their experience.
- Previous experience working with Canadian companies is an advantage.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Project Management tools.
Additional Information
- Setup: Full-time, Remote
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible 7.5 working hours between 6 AM – 6 PM EST
- Candidates must be comfortable using a time-tracking tool.
