Our client, a leading consultancy firm specializing in organizational culture and leadership development, is seeking a skilled Video Editor. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for visual storytelling and expertise in B-roll, stock footage, motion graphics, and animation.

Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Core Responsibilities
- Enhancing Videos: Use B-roll and stock footage to enhance video projects, ensuring seamless integration with the primary content.
- Script Integration: Overlay stock footage with scripts to create coherent and engaging visual narratives.
- Motion Graphics and Animation: Develop captivating motion graphics and animations to convey messages effectively.
- Audio-Visual Synchronization: Sync visuals with voiceovers, music, and sound effects to enhance video impact.
- Client Requirements: Adapt videos to meet clients’ size and duration constraints, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Success Criteria
- Engaging Content: Deliver visually appealing videos that communicate clients’ messages effectively.
- Seamless Editing: Integrate B-roll, stock footage, and motion graphics smoothly into video content.
- Professional Quality: Ensure visuals and voiceovers are synchronized for a polished final product.
- Client Satisfaction: Consistently meet client expectations by adhering to specified video constraints.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Audition, and other video editing tools.
- Creativity: Ability to generate unique ideas and translate them into engaging video content.

- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience: Previous experience in a media production company or marketing agency is preferred.
