Job Title: Vice President of Growth & Marketing Operations
Location: Fully Remote, Work From Anywhere
Salary: $170k-$250k per year
Role Overview
The Vice President of Growth & Marketing Operations will lead growth marketing initiatives and align marketing operations with sales strategies. This role requires a strategic visionary with deep expertise in marketing operations, go-to-market (GTM) expansion, and innovative growth strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, this individual will drive cohesive, data-driven marketing efforts to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth Leadership: Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue.
- Marketing Operations Management: Oversee budgeting, planning, performance measurement, and process improvement in marketing operations.
- Lead Management & Conversion: Optimize lead nurturing and conversion through targeted content, marketing automation, and account-based marketing.
- Partnerships & Events: Identify and cultivate strategic marketing partnerships and manage event participation.
- Sales Enablement: Develop sales enablement strategies and create supporting collateral in collaboration with the sales team.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to executive leadership.
- Team Management & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation, and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of marketing experience, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles within B2B companies.
- Proven track record of independently initiating and driving projects.
- MBA from a top-tier business school or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience in high-pressure environments, managing competing priorities and diverse tasks.
- Background in top consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or significant experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology, or fast-paced scale-up environments.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $170,000
- Base + Bonus Target: $250,000
- Equity Plan: Eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.
