Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will design and implement user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities
As a UI/UX Designer at Olot Art, your core duties will revolve around creating aesthetically pleasing and functional digital interfaces. You will work across multiple platforms, including dashboards, content feeds, and subscription-based access. Your main responsibilities include:
1. Designing User-Friendly Interfaces

Develop responsive and visually appealing designs for both web and mobile applications.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.

Ensure that all interfaces are optimized for user engagement and accessibility.
2. Collaboration with Developers and Stakeholders

Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.

Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to align design decisions with overall business goals.
3. User Research & Usability Testing

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable feedback and iterate on designs.

4. Design Systems & Consistency

Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.

5. Stay Updated with Industry Trends

Required Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
1. Education & Experience

A Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with a focus on web and mobile design.
2. Design Tools Proficiency

Strong proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

Proven ability to create effective wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups.
3. User-Centered Design Principles

A strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability best practices.

Experience with designing responsive interfaces that are mobile-friendly and optimized for different screen sizes.
4. Front-End Development Familiarity
