Salary: $600.00 – $900.00 per month
Role Overview
We are seeking a TikTok Marketing Specialist who can deliver high-quality social media content to engage our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with our team of video editors to ensure the highest standard of video content delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate and Distribute Content: Collaborate with video editors to receive raw footage and filter through content to select the best clips for social media distribution.
- Supervise Editing Process: Provide guidance and feedback during the editing process to ensure content meets brand standards and resonates with our target audience.
- Craft Captivating Captions: Create captivating captions for social media posts and present them to clients for approval.
- Optimize Content Posting: Post approved content on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, optimizing each platform with engaging thumbnails, on-screen titles, and appropriate in-app music.
- Stay Updated with Trends: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, including trending sounds, viral challenges, and popular formats, to inform content creation strategies.
- Client Feedback Implementation: Act as the primary point of contact for client feedback on both video clips and captions, implementing changes as necessary to meet client expectations.
- Assess and Improve Content: Demonstrate a strong understanding of what constitutes high-quality social media video content, with the ability to assess and improve upon existing content.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experienced Social Media Manager: Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on content curation and distribution, preferably with US clients.
- Creative Skills: Some experience using Canva and basic video editing skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Skills: Competence in using social media analytics tools to monitor, evaluate, and enhance social media strategies.
- Creativity: Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate engaging content ideas.
- Client Interaction: Experience working with clients and a demonstrated ability to incorporate feedback into content revisions.
- Passion for Social Media: Deep understanding of various platforms and their unique audiences.
- Independent and Proactive: Highly autonomous, with the ability to initiate and drive projects forward without extensive guidance.
